There are many cute “log cabin-ish” pillows gracing the web pages of a few of you out there in Quilter’s Blogland…I found a great tutorial with photos by Dacia Ray on her site.

There are some great fabric combinations out there.
(I personally love the one with the Boy Scout number on it…I am mother of three Boy Scouts! Somehow, I can never quite get the numbers and patches 
sewn onto their uniforms…but I would sew them on as an embellishment on a pillow!)
And what a great way to use up your scraps.
