Happy Turkey and Figs! Quilt Pattern Giveaway Winners Announced

Happy Turkey and Figs to you all!

Wishing You and Yours All The Best For The Holiday Season.blossom%20layer-thumb.JPG

Fig Tree’s Joanna picked the winners from our latest contest!  You win a “hot off the press” Blossom pattern from Joanna.

Here is Joanna with more:

“Well hello there Quilters Buzz readers! As promised [even if a tad bit late] I have chosen “a baker’s dozen” winners of the Blossom pattern that goes especially with those yummy new layer cakes that Gina has been going on about....

You know that it can get a little dangerous to know Gina... All of a sudden you find out that you’re giving things away that you didn’t even know you had  [somewhat on that topic, have you all heard that new country song called “Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off”? I don’t actually know if that is the title but that is the refrain.... It’s actually a very funny song, don’t worry Gina, I’m not advertising anything risqué here, I promise...] But I digress...

Now I feel the need to address this random number generator thing or this writing all the names and putting them in a hat to be picked by a dog or a gerbil.... I just don’t know about that.

Personally I read through all of the comments. By the way, thank you for all of your kind words! Then I went back and started picking some of my favorite comments and then added some random ones and made sure that I picked throughout the whole sampling, from each day evenly as I went down the list.

I did not click onto any of the links so that if I knew anybody, I would not recognize them. So there you go, my very unscientific way of choosing the winning names. Hopefully this method does not offend anyone LOL.

And the winners are:

Teri in Indy                   nov 8   4:45
Tina                              nov 8   6:11
Sandi Globus                nov 8   7:07
Jennifer K                     nov 8   8:59
Amy C                          nov 8   10:53
Deborah                       nov 8   8:06
Carey G                        nov 8   11:04
Linda                            nov 8   4:14
Tracy                            nov 9   4:34
Your fairy Godmother   nov 9    9:32
Bron                             nov 9   10:37
Kari                              nov 10 5:42
Angie                           nov 10 5:53

The patterns will be finished and ready for shipping in about 3 weeks and Miss Gina will get them all out to you then. Enjoy!

Have a great Thanksgiving filled with family, food and hopefully some quilting along the way,

Joanna.
